Anybody skated these things flat yet? I'm intrigued but I'm hooked on my Fiziks.
They look like they'd be pretty solid although I've heard the hardware isn't that great.
I'm going to reply to a bunch of posts after I get back from sushi, caffeine and exercise. I'm long overdue with my disboard participation!

heavy duty frames they look like they could sustain a fire, car crash, multiple plane rides throughout your life, and 4 years of street thrashing the groove is big.. alex from france says they slide good on torques. they have big side walls and can accompany 8 wheels (4 on each frame) OH and the graphics! turbo-graphx 16!!!

turbo graphic 16 was ill as fuck, but what about 3d0?? Panasonic? wtf, best graphics in era for sure, c'mon it's like would you skate a sega genesis or 360? bwahahahaha culp!
i dig the kelso seizure graphic kinda.
oh and Im not sure how I feel about skating frames with big side walls, I generally disapprove, but its like the common soul space dilemma where you hate going smaller but when you do it really doesnt matter...
Joey Im riding the Kaltik freestyle frames right now, they have a flat setup frame dropping soon, you interested? I like the hblock concept.

Karma, you should bend the front tire and add a dog with x's for eyes.

I attempted to swap parts out of my Fiziks today into a new set of shells and it was an epic fail. Fucking frustrating.
So...
I believe I'm going to experiment with some "Create Original" frames... Last time I tried frames with big sidewalls were some featherlites on NIMH's. Awesome grinderblading setup. Topsides were soooo fun and easy. I'll make sure and let everyone know how my experiment goes. I'm going to ride 57's flat and attempt to ride the one-piece Remz souls which I've always hated the feel of... But it might be fun to go outside my comfort zone and do some 15 foot disaster 540 soyales you know? Soyales are siiiickk. I never do them.
turbo-graphx 16 was my favorite system of all time. Holy shit there's a goldmine of sound samples in old turbo games. Blazing Lazers is still my all time favorite shooter. Keith Courage!

they felt good for a first skate, reminded me of 50-50. The hardware is 8mm so not much could go wrong there.

Hardware's fine, you just need to make sure that everything's tightened before skating. One screw came out on a couple different sessions. They include an extra screw in the box, which is nice of them. They're definitely solid, but not as blazing-fast as other frames. Probably the best fresh-out-of-the-box groove around, other than the 2nd-generation GCs. With the grindblocks in it's just too damn much room though! Thinking of different graphics and whatnot is pretty fun too. Here's me doing some extreme tricks with them hahah www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MyJ25mvWP0
